Random Lengths Lumber Market Report
Month-end trading proceeded with little
fanfare, but with a generally modest pickup in action compared
to the previous week. Producers' efforts to move buildups
with discounted prices were less evident, which was attributed
largely to curtailed output across all producing regions.
Framing lumber prices were flat to narrowly mixed, with the
narrows of random dimension showing more firmness than the
